Thelilydresses.com strives to provide our customers the best service and shopping experience. We value our customers and are happy to accept authorized returns if you are not satisfied with your order.

US Customers

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return merchandise (If your order is partially delivered, 14 day term will begin when you receive the last item in your order). Returns must be packed and shipped within 7 days of return authorization date with the prepaid label we email to you. Prepaid label will be automatically voided after 7 days. We do not accept returns sent after 7 days. In some cases, we may authorize your return with self return service with return address to ship to. Please note that our policy ONLY applies to unworn and unused items with all original tags attached and the original packaging included. We do NOT issue credit or refund on worn or no-tag items.Thelilydresses.com  is unable to reimburse original shipping fee or customs fees.

Refund Options

US Customers

Below return fee applies to each prepaid return label.

  • - Refund as Store Credit: Free return
  • - Refund to Original Payment Method: $9.99 return fee (If you used store credits such as Gift Card or Rewards to pay your order, corresponding amount will be refunded as Gift Card first, the rest in original method of payment)

Non-US Customers

  • - Refund as Store Credit: No return fee
  • - Refund to Original Payment Method: No return fee (If you used store credits such as Gift Card or Rewards to pay your order, corresponding amount will be refunded as Gift Card first, the rest in original method of payment)

Self return to the address provided on the return authorization email. We do not reimburse original shipping fee or customs fees. If any customs fee is due upon receipt of your return package, we will deduct the amount from your refund.

How To Make A Return

Make A Return Request:

  • - Login to your account and go to Orders page in My Account. If you purchased as guest, go to Order Lookup page instead and look up for the order.
  • - Once you are in the order you'd like to return, click on the "Return Items" button and you will see list of products eligible for return.
  • - Check the box next to the item(s) you intend to return.
  • - Select the reason for the return and the refund method, and fill out any comment if you would like.
  • - Submit the return request.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return merchandise. Requests past 14 days will automatically rejected.

Return Authorization:

Upon successful return submission, our Customer Service department will authorize your return* — along with packing instructions — via email. Returns must be packed and shipped within 7 days of return authorization date. If you do not ship your return package within 7 days, your prepaid label will be voided automatically. We do not accept returns sent after 7 days. In some cases, we may authorize your return with self return service with return address to ship to.

Please allow 3 business days for your return to be authorized. If you do not receive an authorization email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder.

*Return authorization is unavailable for requests made 14 days after delivery date.

**We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable or excessive return requests.

  • Hair Accessories
  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Leggings
  • Socks
  • Activewear (Bras and Pants)
  • Cosmetics
  • Handmade or custom items
  • Wigs
  • Lifestyle items

Incorrect Returns

We do not accept non-refundable items, unauthorized returns, and returns shipped 7 days after the authorization. We may grant exception in some circumstances, subject to following refund method:

  • - 50% deduction from the price you paid
  • - US $5 handling fee per item
  • - Refund only the remaining value as store credit ONLY

Please note that our policy ONLY applies to unworn and unused items with all original tags attached and the original packaging included. We do NOT issue credit or refund on worn or no-tag items.

Sorry, we cannot ship back returned items.

Oversize Box

Thelilydresses.com reserves the right to charge extra fee when returns are made with unnecessary oversize box. Additional fee will be determined upon delivery and will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Excessive Returns

Thelilydresses.com reserves the right to refuse returns, cancel orders, or terminate accounts suspected of excessive returns, return fraud, or wardrobing.

Third Party Orders

We are not responsible and do not warrant the product descriptions or other content suggested by third parties. We have no legal responsibility on products sold by third parties without our permission and our explicit consent. We reserve the right to return on order placed by third parties.
